Dog Rental Question: I've got a tenant moving into a property (the 2nd unit in my house) with a Husky.

Husky has a big mobile gasket-lined job box -- I have four of them.

My friend has a husky type dog and he's an escape artist.  

I have a siberean husky and drive a truck most of the time.I look forward to meeting a lot of you guys and learning a lot here.  

For example, we state that, due to insurance policies, we do not accept the following dog species: Pit bull, Rottweiler, German shepherd, Husky, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita and any Wolf type.Currently we are debating to include a "No Cats" policy.Good luck!

My son attends Washington State University and someone in his dorm last year had a 150lb Husky/Malamute ESA pooch.
