I just think now may not be the best time to buy multi-family in formerly Hot markets, like Austin MSA, that are clearly going down in price.

That first meeting is critical for due diligence.

Hello, a couple years ago I posted asking about any real estate meet ups in Kingston NY.

Going out to real estate meet ups where you don't know anyone definitely can be intimidating, but I promise you it will be worth it.

My portfolio is approximately 1,300 units, made up primarily of single family rental portfolios with some multifamily properties, spread across several states.I’m spending more time in Tucson as of late, and I am starting to expand my operation into this area, thus I would like to meet established investors, lenders, agents, and anyone involved in rental housing or acquisitions.

There will be one more FOMC meeting in December which will determine whether another rate cut is on the table.

Everyone seems to be stuck in this bi-polar thought pattern that everything is either a hot buy, or hot sell market, and don't conceptualize the notion of HOLD markets. 

Would like to meet some local investors.  

If you can, I'd fly there and meet a couple. 

The far majority I meet months and even years later.
