Some people just file their monthly statements but I look over mine and communicate and react where needed so that my PM, tenants and I can all share a beneficial relationship. 

So dont know how I would react to a complaint.

Until they encountered a tough transaction and the lender doesn't pull through and cost them thousands of dollars, then they will start value lenders who are responsive, quick to react, have flexibility in their lending product, maybe charge a little more on their fees.
