Anyone hear or having issues with CMHA not funding section 8 vouchers?

@Gin Zhuang The Ciy of Flint, Michigan had a major issue with lead pipes a few years ago that scared a lot of people.What people fail to realize is that MANY homes in this country, built before 1950 have lead pipes from the city supply and may have internal lead pipes. 

All of this is done to avoid wasting time, and complaints and/or issues from a potential Tennant that states "They didn't know"

This issue is about to be forefront, as many such groups are on the same trajectory. 

I live and invest in the area, and while I don’t personally have any units third-party managed on the Nebraska side, I’ve heard great things about Kouri Management.I hope you are able to make it work with a new manager, but if you keep having issues please reach out. 

I understand that there can be liability issues for landlords in answering these types of questions.

There are probably a LOT more issues that can go wrong, so a LOT more reasons to sell now and invest on your own!

The other issue is green investors who gained a small amount in 2 years and now want to do a 1031 to save $321 and 56 cents ;-)

The real issues arise from everything else investors underestimate: increased cap-ex budgets, rising insurance, higher turnover costs & higher vendor pricing.
