When realtors pass clients off to us, who are either inexperienced at rental property real estate or don't care about the future financial health of their clients asset they just sold them - things go south really really fast... 

They look for peeling paint, handrails for all stairs, and cracked or broken glass windows, as well as health and safety issues.

Wife had some health issues so Airbnb went on the back burner.But, the sharp decline in bookings (and thankfully my wife being better) has had me pivot back to focus on what's going on.So, I will be gladly looking into these systems if I cannot myself increase bookings.I have theories...but...they are not good for hosts if I am correct.

After looking through the past threads regarding senior housing it seems like it is a very difficult market to enter due to the need to essentially be a health care provider.

Just like your pool requires a license to run commercially, a hot tub requires the same maintenance, knowledge and tools to prevent big health risks.

Real Estae is my choice hoping that it will accommodate my health and the possibly my learning and it's honesty.
