Past due rent increases have started, but the past due amounts are taking time.

We have seen this same slow down in september and october for the past 3 years in okc metro on our portfolio.

Our market has been pretty slow for the past 3 years but has picked up recently as interest rates have come down and buyers seem to be coming off the sidelines.

The market is not appreciating at the pace it has in the past 5 years which are making deals easier to put together while having a due diligence period
