Hello,I’m starting a real-estate enterprise based in the City of Riverside and I’m exploring forming a Master Holding Company (parent company with subsidiaries for properties / operations).

I know of a few investors that have sold 3/4 of their real estate portfolio to do 2 year leap options on good underlying stocks like NVDA, TSLA, META, MSFT, UNH, and a few others.

I’ve been looking to attend (and possibly speak at) more real estate and investor-focused conferences — especially those that cover midterm rentals, corporate housing, or property management trends.Networking and staying on top of industry shifts are a big part of how I grow and help others in this space, but I realized I might be missing out on some great upcoming events.So I figured I’d ask the community:- What real estate conferences, summits, or meetups are you planning to attend soon?

I am in a group of folks who have been caught up with him.

Starting with a live-in fix and flip at 19 is impressive, that's real action, not just interest.

I wanted to let all those that are interested in commercial real estate investing that I have started a new group devoted to this topic. 

So many real estate books are just investors talking about how great they are.

@William Thompson,Totally agree with this, REPS is one of those things that sounds complex at first, but once you understand it, it completely changes how you approach real estate.

The real winners are the ones who show up with the right intent every time...
