BUT before any changes or notices, I would recommend you consider the following:1) If you want to make a change to the lease, how much trouble will that stir-up with the tenant? 

@Faith Burton I wish I could get a better look but from what I can tell the can got shook up, that traps bubbles in the varathane and they stay once applied if the can isn’t gently stirred to release them.

Now for the stirring of "The Pot" (this is because I know some of you love to set the record straight...I've been watching you :)All financial metrics are for comparison.  

I wouldnt stir up the pot until either A.) she refuses to let anyone in, or B.) she doesnt pay rent. 

Now I just need to stir up another 30k worth of real estate to reach my goal by November!

For me, I like to say I am an income stir and rehab resell guy.

Others have a tool that looks like a weed eater that has blades on the end they stick it in the tank and stir it up before pumping , Those guys will be more expensive , but worth it .

This isn't to stir the pot again, as it appears you two have kissed and made up, but this is to inform the unsuspecting who may be confounded by the banter raised here.   

I think I made a nice profit; I got more than 5-times my original investment I think I got hosed a little when selling, but the profit was still very good and the experience was worth it's weight in gold...Just stirring up the memory makes me want to go find another deal now and get to work again building a team and conquer another project!

(I think this helped in the end), though it seemed as if the lawyers wanted to create conflict and try to stir things up.
