So, I can't make money on it by renting it out and I can't buy it and resell it for a profit, so what am I to do?

For the first 2-3 years it’ll be a one man show and I have no issues working actively (I don’t expect nor am I targeting “passive” income, I intend to make this a real business with strategic growth).I anticipate funding either smaller loans in C/D neighborhoods where I won’t get the whole 225 out at once, but may be simpler to service, OR higher-end flips in upper C neighborhoods which may have more draws and complexity.

If I’m cold calling potential sellers and leaving simple voicemails with just my name and a “call me back” message and if they answer I am asking them about there home and "if they have considered selling it", am I compliant?

Am I the only one experiencing webpage crashes every time I click on notifications under the alert (bell) icon for the last couple of days?

I am a digital marketer by trade so I wanted to see their sales funnel and also legitimately learn more about the program.If I could choose one word to describe my experience it would be Disappointment.So why was I disappointed and why am I even writing this review?
