I pay every month the amount I was supposed to pay, they don't reject it, but not deducting it off my alleged debt either.I asked several times for written current debt and explanation.

And, what's even stranger, is the 2nd lien holder is "allegedly" a general contractor according to the seller, but the name on the title report of the 2nd lien holder is another title company.
