I'm new to the concept of house hacking and I'm trying to figure out where is the best place to  market to house hackers.

Same concept with rents.Avoiding heavy fixer-uppers is probably good idea depending on the deal.

The concept of wholesaling is simple but it is not easy.

The concern is there is a company with that name as well so are you referring to them or the general concept?

I also like the concept of multi-family rentals.  

While the general concepts of real estate investing are the same, the US offers a major advantage with the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.

This may seem like a foreign concept - but you likely do it for other things: the actual repair work for example.

The concept makes sense.
