So today I recieved a letter on my door as well as all my neighbors saying that they are aware of people indulging in illegal smoking substance.

I hope all our U.S. friends are enjoying turkey with family - or serving a Thanksgiving Dinner to those less fortunate.I'm felling over-indulged and bloated just thinking about you ;)

We also both work corporate jobs that are soul sucking and we hate - but we understand that we need to do this so we can payoff our mortgages faster.Even today we still stick to the original budget any any major purchases that would be considered indulging we ask ourselves "is it worth not retiring at 40?"

Make the most out of it by indulging in all resources here. :)

Now i know NYC is outrageously expensive, BUT i have some friends there so i could get by on little money (One thing i can brag about is my money managment I rarely waste money on anything unnecessary like indulgences, paying for school is whats killing my savings!!)

So, while the market may be a bit frothy, I wouldn't be too hurried to purchase an indulgence for your potential transgressions as a real estate investor.  

I want to ensure I fully indulge all my energy into becoming more familiar, before I go into my first duplex or triplex etc.
