San Diego SFR rents have risen $475 on average in the last 3 years (Source San Diego Union Tribune). 

I am trying to stay out of the tribunal and out of court.I have heard stories that we are not allowed to collect a credit payment and not allowed to have the tenant forfeit any payment and if they don't go through with the purchase you need to pay everything back .

According to the Tribune, they still have thousands of votes to count, through the whole county.

We hope to come to an agreement that works for both people and save both of us from wasted time in tribunal and fighting paperwork.

I've looked at the Chicago Tribune's monthly crime statistics and it's not hideous.  

He's probably 50% successful at the city/twp level, and higher at the Tribunal.  

But the agents that came out to take the listing just used our purchase price and added the $1,000 a year appreciation that was going on in Piedmont and that matched an article we had just read in the Oakland Tribune.

@Jacob LamanSD Union Tribune recently put out an article showing SD is slated to be the #1 market in the U.S. to appreciate in 2021 at 8.3%Based on what we've seen since May/June there really isn't any reason to expect otherwise.

I've reviewed the Tribunals Ontario documents on reasons for eviction and persistent late rent is listed is a valid reason.
