I've been shopping Zillow/Trulia/you-name-it for daily updates on a duplex in a relatively safe neighborhood in the suburbs north of Minneapolis/St.Paul (think Roseville, Shoreview, Como area) but I seem to be having trouble finding decent properties that are not in relatively safe areas.

Maybe anyplace between West Fort Worth and Weatherford, as you mention Aledo, but I bet it is tough there now.I've got one client now looking at almost everything that comes on the market in Stop Six and Como.
