There's a site called homewyze where you can see industry standard costs based on zip code and you can search any type of project to see you're getting a fair price I often have my clients cross-reference this site so they can see that my pricing is accurate. 7.

While these properties are more profitable for property managers and a lot easier to manage for both PMs and DIY Investors, they clearly underperform on a portfolio basis as far as ROI.

If you are going to buy an infill lot that’s already zoned and has utilities to site, that’ll be way faster and easier than buying ag zoned land and getting utilities and permits. - Allen

Foreclosure auctions, true ones, are all cash, no access (sight unseen other than photos), and still possible to get liens that were not disclosed.Some of the auction sites like Hubzu and Xome have ghost bidders that push the prices up and relist over and over until they beat the price they want.Whatever you are thinking, you are too green to think this way.
