Do your contractors prefer detailed drawings, or do they usually “figure it out” on site?

We’re acquiring a 10.6-acre site that includes an existing industrial warehouse, office, and laydown yard.

I can pull bits and pieces from various sites, but the data isn't standardize making it difficult to analysis.Thanks in advance for any advice.

I haven't used auction.com before but typically on these auction sites theres a minimum threshold on what the house will sell for and often times you could basically be bidding against yourself. 

Yeah, electricians have lots of that copper stuff :-) And, as you well know, are the best most handsome men on the site lol  ; ) I am on the last 6 new builds of the 90 home project I own here in Oregon.. so 84 homes done and delivered ..

There's a site called homewyze where you can see industry standard costs based on zip code and you can search any type of project to see you're getting a fair price I often have my clients cross-reference this site so they can see that my pricing is accurate. 7.

While these properties are more profitable for property managers and a lot easier to manage for both PMs and DIY Investors, they clearly underperform on a portfolio basis as far as ROI.  

If you are going to buy an infill lot that’s already zoned and has utilities to site, that’ll be way faster and easier than buying ag zoned land and getting utilities and permits. - Allen

It's illegal to show the buyer's agent commission anywhere on a public site.

Foreclosure auctions, true ones, are all cash, no access (sight unseen other than photos), and still possible to get liens that were not disclosed.Some of the auction sites like Hubzu and Xome have ghost bidders that push the prices up and relist over and over until they beat the price they want.Whatever you are thinking, you are too green to think this way.
