After days of back-and-forth, I finally received a corrected payoff letter on April 24 and wired the full amount on April 30.Now it’s been 23 days since I paid off the loan, and the lien still hasn’t been released.To make it worse, in May, Fay withdrew two additional payments from my account after the payoff.
