Ideally, I’d love to focus on my own flips full-time, but that’s not financially realistic right now.

I would say there is a spectrum of systems usage in managing STR’s.

There is a lot of competition and many are very skilled marketers.Based on what you wrote you are more at the coaching end of the spectrum.
