Looking for advice on transitioning to real estate full-time.

Ideally, I’d love to focus on my own flips full-time, but that’s not financially realistic right now. I’ve been thinking about working for someone else in the real estate or house-flipping space to gain experience and stay in the industry while building toward my goal.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What path did you take, and is there anything you wish you had done differently?
