I have had tenants though that did a great deal of wok cooking with lots of oil and it can be quite a greasy mess on the walls.Seems like an opportunity to be charged with discrimination in housing.

(I am going to reference a rich dad thought because I think it's relevant) In the book he says a lot of people can make a better cheeseburger than mcdonalds but there isn't many better "systems" than mcdonalds.

I'm talking dirty diapers, greasy rags from car repairs, floor mats from cars, lots of horse blankets (where we live), and they constantly overfill them with laundry soap or worse - dish soap!
