I would imagine fix and flips are easier to find right now, but all of Florida seems to have rising inventory of homes for sale and prices flat or falling.

A few years ago I would never of imagined 2 units at nearly half a million and demand for rentals going over $2000+ in Little Village.

I'm interested in connecting with experienced or even new investors from whom I can learn from and share knowledge, but I imagine there arent many investors out there looking for mentee just because.

I imagine it helps smooth out the seasonal cash flow swings too, especially in places where RV demand fluctuates heavily throughout the year. 

Why do I not like condos:- HOA (fees/rules)- Don't own the entire property (limited value add)- Special Assessments (CapEx essentially that you are not in control of)- I would also imagine the appreciation is lower than that of a SFH As for trailers - I would only do this if I purchased a piece of land - then either rented the trailers or did a rent to own type deal, then charged lot rent.

Imagine getting a good deal under contracdt and no one to sell it to.You may want to consider getting a real estate lisence and then working for a company that focuses on wholesaling. 

Imagine you found a solid fix-and-flip deal and a lender offered to cover 100% of the costs.

I've received 2 K1's so if this is fraud then i'd imagine they've committed a federal offence by issuing false documents to the federal authorities.
