You don't impress me by saying you work with hundreds of attorneys, big deal, I have a friend who worked for one of the biggest multinational companies in the world hiring hundreds of thousands of workers.

The landlord friendly laws and home to lot of multi nationals make it another attractive market. 

Ask a CEO of a multinational corp if that's a good mentality.
