Here’s my journey: I earned my accounting degree in 2011 and went on to get my MBA.In 2013, I started working at an accounting firm in Los Angeles doing tax, payroll, tax planning, and more.I became a CPA in 2015.In 2017, while preparing a client’s return, I saw firsthand the power of passive income through real estate.In 2018, I started investing in Indianapolis—buy-and-hold, BRRRR strategy, and building out-of-state teams.In 2020, I transitioned into multifamily real estate.

I'm in Phoenix today, looking at some properties and it's a bit warm at 110 degrees, but we set the thermostat at 74 degrees and it's comfy.  

I like the idea of becoming an appraiser because it seems like you can set your own hours to some degree.  

Using the "deeper pockets" theory, you go after whoever has the money regardless of their degree of involvement in the scam. 

That is a degree of freedom I would never want to give up again.I remember taking the ferry in San Francisco across the Bay and there was a homeless guy with a guitar and when the suits came off the boat, he started singing: YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF SLAAAAAVES...!!!

We hope to build and protect constant long term cashflow that maybe one day can pass down to our children.What we can bring to the table, hard work, dedication, and eagerness to succeed.Although I do not have a degree, I do have a strong background in construction, plumbing, electrical work.

I've used virtual PMs and they all require some degree of hand holding and support, which you may or may not have an appetite for. 

I was lucky that my wife has a degree in interior design and knows codes inside and out.
