Okay, there HAVE to be enough Plano/Allen/McKinney/Frisco people at this point to have a local meetup!

For example, lower $100k homes in Plano west of I75 (yes the good side, believe it or not) could use a kick-start to help what many would consider the middle-class.Non-profits get first dibs on HUD and other homes.Numerous development opportunities exist.There is enormous potential in this space !!!

For $1300, you can rent a 1600sqft 3/2/2 house in Plano Texas built in the late 1970s.

For example:If I were to invest in Plano and Round Rock, I would expect more appreciation and would look for a higher class than if my market area were some parts of Fort Worth or El Paso, where I would be looking mainly for cashflow without much appreciation.
