If you cannot find anything resembling a competent local management company, I would actually pull up VRBO or AirBNB and find a listing closest to you and reach out directly to that owner to ask for some help in find a reliable housekeeper or PM.

I’ve never seen an association do that though.But as a buyer, I don’t see why would you would care about....along as you got clear title.It is possible though, some guy name his llc to resemble the association, for whatever reason.
