Does the foreign government sign the lease instead of the individual tenant?

Looking for a platform that will list out to the other sites like VRBO, etc without having to list on each individual site.

The unfortunate, but obvious, negative side effect of this is that unscrupulous individuals are unavoidably going to find there way here.Below is a list of some of the ones I can remember being active on the site.
