No secret sauce, you get what you pay for so if you looking at a $40,000 MF don't expect to have a lawyer or engineer as your tenants

This is really the secret sauce in my opinion.

As if that's some sort of secret-sauce recipe that no-one will have thought of by then?)

I'm slightly shocked that no one has said Arthur Bryant's (original location only) for their sandwiches (beef and turkey combo heavy on the sauce).

@Alexander Sobrado - There isn't a secret sauce but I can tell you as a relatively recent transplant into Des Moines (moved from Chicagoland to Bloomington IN to Davenport IA and have settled in DSM for the last almost 5 years...). 

And somewhat close to polar opposites on the not important stuff like she loves hot sauce on everything, and I will not eat it at all.
