The longer the pre-payment penalty the better the rate is, so a 5 yr PPP will on the surface look better then say a 1 yr PPP.

I've taken Armando Montelongo's 3 day course, Rich Dad Poor Dad's 3 day course, bought Dolf DeRoos RE course...I've spent so much money to just sit in these LONG classes where they charge $500 just to tell you to spend thousands more on their bus tours...this whole thing is so ridiculous.

I actually have some friends that use Stessa or other tools to do the lease signing, etc. because that is what they are used to, but choose to do rent collection and all of their transaction management in Baselane because it is so user friendly and really prepares you for reporting and tax season.

As others have pointed out the cheapest price means nothing if:- It takes 200-300% longer to complete- Quality is unacceptable- No warranty4) Uncommon Issues: as @Adam Bartomeo pointed out, stuff we only do once/year or less we have no idea what the cost is.
