They are my preferred deal but some properties make sense as flips and not BRRRRs because the ARV might be good enough to pull the cash back out, but the renal return may not be enough to cover the expenses.

I don’t know if there will be some recourse to PayPal but it’s definitely business transaction.CashApp is free and takes 2 business days to get money into my account, however, I’m thinking if a tenant pays with credit card (you can attach debit and credit card to CashApp), then it might be same situation.My Tenants usually don’t have good enough credit for credit cards to pay rent, but potentially it’s possible.CashApp amounts to transfer depending on the bank of the Tenant: some can pay only $500/day, some had to pay fees because their account in a credit union.It seems like old fashion way to deposit money in the bank looks more reliable.

i feel like it's a different game these days...could be wrong...justin..thanks for the advice, i will look into putting my cell phone into my business name, although i'm sure i'll have to pay a hefty deposit of some sort...the city wanted me to pay 300 deposit per unit for a 4 unit property to put in my business name...instead i put in my personal name for a month bc my credit is good enough that i don't need a deposit..i realize i should have just put in my business name to start building credit..but that was a huge expense...takes months to get deposit back

I guess my main issue now is trying to get financed or finding a way.. i have a pretty fair credit score but not good enough for the lenders they have provided.
