I'm currently located in and will likely be reinvesting in a growing Florida tourist area.At a minimum I will need to purchase a small/moderate condo/house to replace the one being sold.   

@Darron Stewart I've noticed there is a moderate amount of duplex and 4 unit homes for sale in the area that I'd like to zero in on, so renovating one or a few is definitely a possibility.

Gas is cheap, rent prices decreasing, home prices moderating, inflation is obviously coming down compared to 9% rate we saw earlier this year.
