This is a very well kept up home.The bedroom carpet is in great condition and looks high quality, and all of the decorations match (but it's a bit dated in color---Mauve),If you decide to replace the carpet  with LVP, you might want to try to coordinate with the door color (warm tone) but since the rooms are smaller go with a non shiny finish to push the floor down in the viewers eyes vs lift it up.That house interior is Nice!

Found a good deal on a TCL 55" Roku TV at Amazon.

On TV last night young guy making $24,000 per year is living with 3 others to share rent.  

It's not sexy or TV worthy but when I started I had to suck it up!

But it's not what you'd see on TV as a "tiny home" because it's a real house built on a real crawl space and therefore I got a real loan.

I did see a debate on here a few weeks back when they were debating if a TV is necessary.

Literally every day was like watching an impossible to script reality tv show.I'd often ride around with him through Detroit for the day and the stuff I would see, phone calls I'd listen to, etc. were just insane.If you want to be successful with it I believe you MUST be local, super hands on, and enjoy the chaos.

Thanks to you we have a 55 inch smart TV in the living room that we got for a very good price during the super bowl...
