It always hits me when I go back country camping and watch the sun rise while enjoying a coffee - everything I really need fits in my backpack (including a micro coffe maker)!

This could be the difference maker on whether your property will ever cash flow, or if you will be dumping tens of thousands of dollars into a project that turns out to be a dud. 

Somewhere that you can build a relationship with a decision maker at the bank and you're not just another number to them.

Suggest you go to Bill Tan's LA and Asian REIA meeting and talk to deal makers in your area.

Has any landlord here ever received an inquiry about an open apartment on FB marketplace by an applicant whose profile included a rap video of himself self-produced and filmed while he was actually incarcerated in the local county jail?

@Kim Synow Lake Erie can be brutal, but it can be profoundly beautiful too...it's probably why people are hush about it...they don't want to give away the secret, lol...we watched a movie not long ago and I was like "damn, Maine is really beautiful"...the credits role and it was filmed at Lake Erie...incredible. 

Thus positioning them into a place to be, very literally, a "market maker".

I think you might be a trouble maker!

They watch these stupid shows like Million Dollar Listing and other Bravo TV shows which make real estate investing so easy.
