This is not including the 2 units I have under construction due to a fire that the crews have stopped working because the GC is being cautious with Corona (I do not blame him and am fine with their decision and am glad I have lost rent insurance on both units).

That being said, I prices aren't going to bottom out in April and it's very important during this lock down phase (especially if you have rentals) to keep cash reserves high, so I would be cautious for the next month or so.
