If I need, I will put the furniture into storage and use it for my next property, which will likely need to allow short term rental.

During my hearing, I did invite the board up to my unit to meet my roommate and to see that my contents (clothing, furniture, etc) were indeed in the unit, but they refused before passing judgement. 

The side bonus room is attached to our house so he basically filled it up with furniture.

Also while there, the wife's parents showed up and started moving all her stuff out, which included the refrigerator and all the furniture. 

I be proactive by providing furniture pads/sliders and requiring area rugs/runners.

When I glance up at the balconies of each finished or soon-to-be finished building, I frequently see that two thirds or more appear empty (while the others have outdoor furniture, bikes, etc on them). 

Currently for a power tool company, but have designed fitness equipment, toys, housewares, office furniture, gardening tools, the list goes on...

So do you furniture mid term rentals just like you would a short term rental?

It's more about your eye for design than where the furniture is sourced.
