I may be overly cautious about the tornadoes and hail risk in Oklahoma.

@Alyssa Dyer i would be cautious on the lower end properties as well in times like these. 

Again I'm not trying to get banned from the site but as an EX zillow agency partner Im just trying to be cautious before our team takes on yet another bill that might not be necessary.

But I see your point about lenders being cautious.

I'm cautiously optimistic as college students usually don't pay right on the 1st so 50% is pretty normal.

I did and while that's a much better option no doubt, I would be cautious.

I'm really intrigued by what you're talking about with Central America, although like any rational investor while I am curious I'm incredibly cautious considering the political, criminal, and economic state of many of those countries.
