For information of this nature, you are going to need the records of the office that records deeds and other information (sometimes the Clerk and Recorder, sometimes the Recorder of Deeds, etc.) or the records of the Court (for a Lis Pendens).

Each state's Real Estate Commission states when you buy and sell Real Property that it must comply with the states Code of ethics, yes you can draw up any document and buy them from the local office store.
