They have samples for  you to view.

Start with as small a sample as you can and make sure you can track the results with either a website to visit or a phone number to call.

If you're looking for potential investors to fund future flips, you could create a sample investor package and show them the type of things they can expect when you do have a deal.

(I do mention at that point that I am also an agent, and while thats is not the intentions of my marketing I would be more than happy to help them sell)I know its a small sample size, but these sellers all thought they could be patient and get more in this current market.I am just wondering, as a first time marketer to absentees, is it typical that most responses are non motivated looking for top dollar (aka agents) do the motivated sellers only surface after multiple mailings?

Also if I run test, in your experience is 500 mailers too small of a sample size? 

If you think you are going to establish a price range plotted along a demand curve with a standard deviation and provide an analysis of sample sizes of maybe a "Z" test, knock yourself out because you don't have much to do.
