If it was all verbal, and you still want to charge rent for no pets, ask the court if tenant refuses to pay rent for the unexciting pet.

They charge rates of 4% to 6% usually but are much more lenient with approvals than banks.Private lenders don't actually care about debt ratios, but they will charge 7% to 12%.

Here in Reno, NV Tesla has a factory building battery packs and the new semi-trucks and some tenants value the technology of battery packs, EV chargers, smart home features, etc., and would pay a premium to have such amenities.

I can charge $75 a month more with an EV charger and still afford to allow $100 electric usage to be included with rent. the Gain will be mine but overall GFP shrinks.
