Once you decide that, there are usually a handful of big players in each space.  80/20 rule. 

Otherwise, I recommend hoarding cash and wait for the largest financial player to reinstate pre-covid rules and level off the market. 

Kobe, as you might know, by-passed college and went directly from being a high school graduate to a 17 year old player with the Lakers. 

Other than those two, none of the other big players compare. 

AND to buttress that argument...large institutional players and HNW individuals w/ access to capital above what my savings acct will every show don't do unlevered deals.Good posts and thoughts above.
