I've been in big cities most of my adult life (ex-NYC too...SF, etc), and now I'm all about living in the suburbs or generally less densely populated areas.  

Now as an adult living in Vancouver and working in the film industry I want to start really building wealth for the future and I think real estate is the way to go.

Doing it within the rules is teaching her to understand systems, find a way to succeed, follow rules while still thinking outside of the box, and provides her with the entrepreneurial mindset that most people have trained out of them before they are even adults.

Its founder is the first female certified Tax Lien specialist and seems to know her stuff.  

His adult kids helped take up the slack, but it wore on them as well.

Maybe you get some female property managers who have had kids and don't want a full-time position, but it's much harder with maintenance, because high-quality maintenance staff are always in high demand and hardly ever want part-time work.  

Goals for our family business is to get out of the rat race and sip adult beverages on a beach somewhere.
