I hope you're able to make lots of connections and learn a great deal about real estate investing and flipping.One thing I may recommend if you're very new to things, and if you haven't done so already, is to learn about Trusts and LLCs as you begin your real estate investment journey, either investing or flipping on your own or with partner investors.

Readers should seek professional advice.Great information providing clarity.The one thing I’ll add is that having an LLC own the property enables the investor to choose the LLC to be taxed as either a corporation or S corp.

The arbitrager basically has a job as a STR/MTR PM with a bit more upside, but tons more risk.In addition as an owner of properties, I have never understood why someone would choose a low capitalized arbitrager over a licensed, insured, professional PM or an unlicensed co-host where the owner gets the upside.I recognize it is a challenging time to be an RE investor, but I really believe arbitrage is not a worthwhile pursuit.
