She says she loves cleaning our house because there is no clutter like a primary residence.We put in new super capacity washer and dryer as doing the laundry is the biggest bottleneck and she does all this on site and remakes all the beds.

More plumbing problems - some because of the age of the system and some because of how the tenants use the system, but mostly a combination of both.Tenants not taking pride in their home and not keeping the place clean and clutter free.Tenants living paycheck to paycheck, sometimes pay rent late.Hard to get a sufficient security deposit at move-in that will be enough to cover the tenant damages found at move-out.

We've hired lots of new agents over the years and I strongly feel that its our responsibility to make sure our agents have all the information and knowledge they need to market and sell a property.To answer your question, in my opinion good marketing starts by working with the seller to make sure their property looks as good as possible (de-cluttering, minor repairs, fresh paint, staging.)

(they live in my neighborhood so I do casual drive bys) They do have 4 kids and cats, and probably do live a busy life, but the clutter, garbage, cat litter smell in the basement and overall dirty mess was way over the top.When I did my screening, their former landlord didn't mention anything about them being slobs.
