Oh, also, my workshop currently takes up 3/4 of the entire garage, so only one of the five cars actually gets parked inside.

Have you attended real estate education workshops or conferences before?

There are lots of views and saves so people are looking.Maybe remove the pictures of the barn and carport/workshop because viewers may expect it to look as nice as the home and the surrounding natural landscaping. 

So, I’ve been doing a lot of reading and audiobooks, a three day workshop last year, and I feel as though, for the most part, I have a somewhat solid grasp on what it takes.

(I have a long list of books I’m trying to get through)2 - attend real estate related events / workshops in my area.

My advice would be to educate yourself first, attend some, Multifamily meetups, investor groups first then maybe some paid conferences and workshops but not sales pitch fest events.

That said, I did attend their free class and bought a ticket to their three day workshop this weekend.

It also has a 20x30 detached garage/workshop which seems like a great sell to a future tenant. 

I actually punch people (in a nice way) when I go to free seminars where workshops and courses are sold by snake oil salesmen.

We are extremely confident in the Airbnb model as it has worked for us in our current home for the past year (we own a 2-family home and list the 2nd apartment as a short-term rental).My wife and I both attended a Fortune Builders workshop last year and where inclined to invest in their Jumpstart program simply for the access to the contracts, forms, legal procedures and their back-end-office system.
