I predicted a 20 to 30 percent correction in prices this year, and I was dead wrong.It appears that investors are continuing to come in for the long haul, with the knowledge that positive cash flow isn't realistic in the early years of ownership.

@Mark Miles I have been toying with this for a while.

Toys for the lake, beach, camping, grilling, firepits where allowed, partnering with local businesses to create holistic experiences for the guests.

This past winter was extremely mild, and I wonder if when a real winter hits people are going to still like Bend, or question why they moved here and consider moving, or are they here for the long haul, because CA has gone completely off the rails?

We are looking for Agents to partner with over the long haul, provided we are all a good fit with one another.

Our guests are required to haul their own trash.

But it will have lower appreciation in value over the long haul, and also has the highest crime rate.  

He could also rent a U-Haul and fill it with fertilizer or get a backpack and fill it with gun powder and roofing nails.Hopefully people will learn from this.
