Find someone in your town that is already doing what you would like to be doing yourself and add value to them and in return maybe they will allow you to shadow them or what they are doing every once in a while.

Run bead at all vertical and horizontal corners smoothing out with wet finger, paint ceiling bringing paint down onto walls a bit, then cut right up to ceiling shadow in corners for a perfect no-tape cut line.

You can ask a local investor if you can shadow them for a while, offer free labor.

They can pay you a low wage to get simple jobs off their list and you get to make connections, plus shadow the industry.

It is light enough that it won’t clash with anything and it is dark enough that your white trim will still look beautiful.

Or would they be shadowing you from start (anaylsis and acquisition) to finish (sale/rent)?
