Is your current cabinets from the 60's, where cabinets are built in large section, or is it modern cabinets built by pieces?

We invested $32,000 in renovations to modernize and enhance the property.

The quality of modern lumber is simply far inferior to the quality of lumber they were using to build homes in the early and mid-20th century.
