I also disliked that I couldn't make a custom application, but I could let this slide since I require that applicants fill out a custom Google Form anyway.I'm hopeful that they will address these issues soon!

IMO if you have the reserves available to cover it, let it slide and go for the check holding until they get their back pay.

All-in, I bet rent increases need to be 7-10% minimum just to keep from sliding backwards, and if I don’t budget properly for those increases in order to make the mortgage payments, we’re all homeless together.
