Again, PLAN THE HOUSE FOR THE TURN AROUND, not for when the cleaners have a couple of days between bookings.For kitchen items, think durability (i.e. stainless steel carafe vs glass carafe in a coffee maker).  

I let him slide for about 6 months being late a week or two.
