I am holding my breath to see what happens in the world of gambling as the industry has taken a huge hit in the pocket book with the combination of the pandemic lock down and the recently now permissible sports betting.

Knowing that so many members on this site know the ins and outs of different communities and different states, I figured I would try my luck here and see if any members located in or familiar with southern Florida could provide any insight to which areas are worth looking into to raise a family, have good schools and sense of community, sports programs, and possibly with nearby industrial area. 

I managed to get in touch with an owner who just closed with someone faster - I was a bit deflated, but was still pretty energized with the news.
