This virus will end and another one will emerge, but there is no vaccine for what is coming to the world's economy.

I'm hoping the local REIA (the RING) starts back up again soon, but in the meantime I'd love to have coffee with anyone else who's up for it, especially now that I'm fully vaccinated (woohoo!). 

Obviously we see that with covid vaccines... does that lead to supply issues for other drugs because manufacturing has been shifted?

Be still my beating heart.I finally told the person who is working with me from now on we tell these neighbor folks I'm selling, not renting and that I require a clean drug test and record of vaccinations from my workers.

Ask for vaccination records, ask for bite history, your insurer most likely need that.

Last I heard private business can refuse entry if you do not have a mask or a vaccine, even if you have a disability that prevents you from doing so. 

My thoughts on the condo market assuming the vaccine roll out is complete by the end of 2021. 

I also think the commercial sector will be ok short term with help from banks but if it ends up being a long term shutdown things will get dicey.Let's all hope and pray that this situation gets under control quickly, that a vaccine or effective treatment is quickly developed, and that this mass shutdown of our economy is only short term.  

I would wait a few months until the vaccine is available and eviction moratoriums are off.
