We recently attended a three-day Workshop hosted by Fortune Builders.

I visited Than's "workshop" before I ran into BP and I wouldn't say that you should expect much networking from experienced investors there, but there could be a few who are scoping out prospects for gathering new investors to start their own teams.

I attended a 3 day workshop here in Austin and was instantly hooked.

I just attended an Anderson Business Advisors workshop.

However, I recently attended a homeowner workshop, at which the instructor was convinced that such a practice was illegal in New York.

So what I'm looking for is a house that has a large external workshop/ garage. 

Going to meetings is powerful - when you see 300 people excited about something, many of them already sucssefull for years, and feel the energy in that room, you get a sense of possibilities.Over the course of 10 years my wife went from shaking her head about the idea, to being a careful supporter (still pumping the breaks when I bought a property every six weeks) being a property owner and actually a vocal advocate to other wifes when we host a  workshop or go to a meetup.

Austin - Brad Moncado and Jeremie Worley offer a Vacation Rental workshop in Springfiedl Branson that is well worth the the money to attend, they have formulas, spreadsheets and LOCAL contractors. 

I know Gene Guarino is THE AUTHORITY when it comes to RAL, but before committing to the hands-on workshop in Arizona, I'd like to dive deeper into the numbers and address a few questions I have.
